We understand this is a challenging time for everyone and our hearts go out to those directly impacted by COVID-19. We wanted to reach out and let you know that we are here for you and available to talk strategically about how we can help you navigate through your sourcing challenges. We can assure you that we continue to receive, process and ship orders. 

We all must do our part to slow the spread in our communities. We have taken proactive measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff.

  • As of today, there are no reported COVID-19 cases among City Global staff or family members. 

  • We have set in motion strict measures to protect the health and safety of our team including onsite training for CDC best workplace practices, set up sanitizing stations, frequent disinfection of common areas, workplace adjustments to accommodate for social distancing, and new will call procedures.

  • We have instituted a non-essential travel ban for the staff postponed onsite vendor meetings. 

  • We will continue to receive, process and fulfill orders to the best of our abilities until it is deemed unsafe to our community, or as instructed by local authorities.

  • Our overseas factories are returning to full-operation, which means future shipments are normalizing.
