IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:
Proactively communicate as the main point of contact with City Global’s network of vendors
Deal with quotes/bids via sourcing pricing of products
Make sure samples can be offered timely and correctly
Ensuring that our orders are being prioritized in production, as well as during mold and sampling stages
Setting expectations and overseeing those vendors follow through in fulfilling their commitments for our orders
Persuasively negotiating pricing and payment terms
Collaborative teamwork across departments in both Shenzhen & Los Angeles in order to coordinate progress transparently while solving challenges together

QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional work experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations-–related positions
Excellent written and communication skills in English
