IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:

 

  • Proactively communicate as the main point of contact with City Global’s network of vendors

  • Deal with quotes/bids via sourcing pricing of products

  • Make sure samples can be offered timely and correctly

  • Ensuring that our orders are being prioritized in production, as well as during mold and sampling stages

  • Setting expectations and overseeing those vendors follow through in fulfilling their commitments for our orders

  • Persuasively negotiating pricing and payment terms

  • Collaborative teamwork across departments in both Shenzhen & Los Angeles in order to coordinate progress transparently while solving challenges together

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional work experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations-–related positions

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
